Combat Style: Miereki is a cautious, highly calculating creature. Never impulsive nor clumsy, he strikes quickly with precise, powerful assaults and will not hesitate to use his Psychic powers to manipulate the environment to aid him in battle. When fighting a powerful foe, Miereki tends to fight more defensively than offensively, blocking and countering moves and waiting for an ideal window to attack. For weaker foes, he is often quicker to engage in combat and acts more offensively than defensively. Still, he is not at all predictable and prone to often surprise foes in a variety of ways.
Qualities:
1) Miereki’s powerful Psychic powers allow him to fly at amazing speeds, especially for a wingless creature. Not constrained by the physics of wings and such, he is also incredibly maneuverable. So great are Miereki’s Psychic powers that he rarely walks, preferring to constantly be aloft. Miereki is also to teleport using these powers.
2) Miereki is, debatably, the most formally intelligence creature in existence. Through his Psychic mind, he is able to communicate to intelligent life forms such as human or aliens, engaging in intelligent conversation. He is not at all prone to being subject of mind control or most any other mind technique and will often cause any such technique to backfire on its user. So great is Miereki’s intelligence that when leaders of ancient civilizations would come into contact with him, they believed the spirit of a sage was trapped inside the creature.
3) Miereki holds a strong resistance to non-physical attacks, such as magic, beams, fire, etc, essentially all energized attacks. Though he does receive damage from these attacks, it is nowhere near their original power.
4) Arsenal of the Mind: Through the Arsenal of the Mind quality, Miereki is able to employ his Psychic powers for a variety of uses. One such use, which is the most common, is using the Arsenal of the Mind to form objects, mainly weapons, out of his Psychic energy. These weapons hold characteristics similar to energized weapons, granting them improved offensive as well as defensive power. Miereki’s skill with these weapons is unparalleled Miereki’s second most common usage of the Arsenal of the Mind is a tie. One usage is using it to energize his body. This can range from a specific section, such as the torso, to the entire body. Any physical contact with an energized part of the body wounds the attacker and knocks them back. The other usage is Elemental control, though his powers to do so are about average or so and are not much compared to those of a creature purely designed for Elemental control. Other than these three main uses, the Arsenal of the Mind quality can also fulfill other odds and ends uses.
5) Miereki’s Psychic powers are of a special strain of energy and only useable by him, granting him a variety of special uses. Any monster that would try to drain his energy from him or his attacks would only experience a backfire, undergoing a powerful and damaging surge of energy. Because of this, no monster can have any “resistance” to his attacks. All of Miereki’s attacks are made of this energy. This energy also allows Miereki to survive without oxygen and modestly heal himself of wounds. Miereki’s final use for his energy is that he can make very powerful, extremely durable Psychic shields to aid him in battle. These shields are part of his main defensive capabilities and can block any and all attacks. Sustained, heavy pressure can break them momentarily however.
Despite Miereki’s powerful Psychic energy, he does hold a weakness. This weakness being that he is not the most thick skinned of all creatures in history with his hide integrity being just a little above average. However, his resistance to non-physical attacks and his Aresenal of the Mind give him an added boost. Because of this, the only way to truly damage him is to use physical attacks.
Special Attacks:
1) Psy Orbs: Fired from his hands, Miereki can either charge them up or fire them off at an incredibly high rate of fire. When fully charged, he can fire two, one for each hand. When fully charged, the Psy Orbs are very strong, making them one of Miereki‘s strongest and most reliable attacks. The uncharged Psy Orbs are nowhere near as strong as a pair of fully charged ones, but compensate in being able to smother a foe with their rate of fire.
2) Psychic Fury: Miereki causes his Psychic energy to surge all over his body and into the surrounding area, severely shocking his foe - providing they are in range. The power of the surge is great enough to literally blow a monster clean off of him or into the air. This attack is more of a recovery move however, allowing Miereki to shock a foe atop him off of him though he will use it offensively if the opportunity provides itself. The range of the attack is relatively short, but compensates with its strength.
3) Gemini Beams: Fired from his hands, these two beams interweave each other until hitting their target. They have a long range, quick rate of fire, and are decently powerful.
4) Providence Beam: One of Miereki's most powerful and useful attacks. The energy of this beam is charged up between his hands, tail, and head. After charging he fires the beam, naturally. The power of the beam is formidable, making it Miereki’s second strongest attack after the Reaper Beam. It is not uncommon for Miereki to have a temporary overflow of energy after this attack, granting him a small boost in energy where his other attacks are slightly stronger.
5) Psychic Wrath: Released from his hands and tail, this attack releases great bolts of Psychic energy that resemble lightning. While not necessarily being the most damaging attack, it releases a great deal of pain into whatever it strikes and tends to leave bits of an aftershock. The attack also holds a grip on whatever it hits, allowing Miereki to drag his foes around with this attack.
6) Seismic Orbs: Same as the Psy Orbs except instead of causing external damage, they cause internal damage. They send powerful shockwaves through their target which are very lethal to mechs and robots as they damage the very weak and sensitive internal instruments and circuits. Like the Psy Orbs, they can be charged up or fired at a rapid pace.
7) Disabler Beam: Fired from his tail, this beam stuns and dazes a foe for a few seconds. Once stunned, Miereki moves in to attack.
8) The Reaper Beam: The Reaper Beam is Miereki's strongest attack and rightly so he uses it very, very rarely. When charging the attack, Miereki is surrounded with in a protective sphere that sucks in all energized attacks. All physical attacks are useless as well as the attacker is charged full of energy, wounding them. When the Reaper Beam is fully charged, it is fired and resembles a large scythe. When the Reaper Beam strikes a living foe it cuts away at their life-force, the very thing keeping them alive and severly weakening them. For undead and mechanical creatures, it weakens them several as well, cutting away at a great portion of their energy. The overall affect for being hit by the Reaper Beam would cause the opponent to experience tremendous fatique, to be far weaker than before the attack, and possibly even to faint. Of course, the Reaper Beam can always flat out kill a foe that is already too weakened to handle the power of the beam.

An enigmatic creature, Miereki only appears rarely. When he does appear, it is brief, often dismissed as a mirage or a trick of the light. However, Miereki was once a very real force in the past.
Long ago, Miereki was known as “The Keeper of Silence” or “The Psychic Deity.” A mysterious being that supposedly resided in a shrine deep below the sea, he kept a constant watch on the world, believing in peace, truth, goodness, loyalty and justice as well as that true strength comes from the inside. His purpose was to destroy great forces of evil when they grew to be a threat. Flying from his shrine, he would fight any evil that presented itself - be it man, machine, or monster. Once the evil that had presented itself was destroyed, he returned to his shrine where he entered deep meditation, keeping his every watchful eye on the world.
It was because of this purpose that Miereki was believed to be a warrior of the forces of Light and Good. Various religions were quick to believe he was the great warrior-protector of goodness seen in their respective religions. For example, in ancient Christian and Jewish recordings, Miereki was depicted as being a special warrior of God and the most powerful of the Archangel Michael’s warriors. It was because of this that he was sent to Earth to safeguard it from evil.
However, as technology and human intellect progressed, the fine line between good and evil became hard to decipher from. Knowing full well that the human race was growing more and more intelligent, Miereki seldom left his shrine. It has been recorded that his last exit from the shrine was sometime in 200 A.D., whereupon he quickly returned, never to leave again.
From his shrine, Miereki watched the human race grow continuously. He swore to himself that he would never leave again, that the race he had helped grow was now strong enough to defend itself and that it was unnecessary for him to intervene any further. He was sure that his purpose now was to wait till the Apocalypse, where he would engage the forces of Evil one last time before the final victory. However he was wrong...
The mass invasion of the planet by various of alien forces has awakened a great debate in Miereki - whether or not to come out of hiding and return to the fight. This is where he is now, deep inside his shrine, deep in thought. However, he knows that soon, a decision must be made.
